How many excluded forms tripped each check. Only over-voting, unreadable, and wrong-document remove a form from totals; vote-sum and accreditation flags are noted but still counted.
Turnout (accredited ÷ registered) per uploaded PU. A second cluster near 100% is the inflation signature.
If INEC swaps a form after first upload its SHA-256 changes. We re-read the new form and flag loudly if the leader changed.
